What customers say?

“ One of the most quaint and enjoyable cafes in the region! The treats and coffee are exquisite and they offer gluten free options. We love going there as a family and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. Certain times of the day and week (Saturdays) are busy but people are polite and respectful to make room for each other. The breakfast bowl is a must-try ”

“ Saturday brunch! Place was pretty busy! Ordered a latte and a breakfast bowl! From the spring menu the brakfast sandwich and had to also get some cinnamon buns! Everything was delicious! So tasty and full of flavours. I would have preferred sweet potatoes instead of home fries for the breakfast bowl but I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy every bit of it! We will be coming back soon! ”

“ This cafe is worth visiting even from Cambridge. I really enjoyed their sandwich and latte. Cozy vibe for studying or having a fellowship. Friendly staff. I'll definitely come back! ”

“ Must-visit brunch spot with a delicious and affordable menu. They serve some some all-day breakfast classics, lunch sandwiches, and also have a selection of house-baked goods. I would recommend the savory breakfast bowl (regardless of it being breakfast time), as well as giving one of the butter tarts a try. The place can get busy and may have a wait during rush brunch & lunch hours. ”

“ Nothing beats Mennonite cooking and baking. Real food made there and made well. The only thing I wish is that tables had a seating time limit as far too many patrons will take up space for hours after finishing their food or drink. I’m rarely able to find a seat and it is often very crowded and noisy. Otherwise the food quality is stellar and the staff are great, and the prices are absolutely fair for the quality and amount of food you get. ”

“ Very busy place. Both times I went after 12:30 and people come and go. Filled 80% of the time all the time. The 2nd visit we went out back on the patio. Nicely decorated and private and quiet at the back. Parking area behind but no one went in or out. Food was demand fresh. Service was calm and efficient. Went on hubby's birthday and was surprised with a dessert complete with lit candle and song! Will return again. Open till 4pm and then they have the venue available for other opportunities in the community. ”

“ This is a quaint coffee shop. It has a great selection of coffee and some tea options as well. They also have a supply of pastry's and cookies in addition to a small lunch menu. The seating is limited and can be hard to get a seat (especially on a Saturday afternoon). They do have one set of seats that would be good for a small group. We have been twice and it seems like it has a lot of university students (just an observation not a negative thing). We have tried a few things but we always stop in for a Cafe latte, London fog tea and a pastry treat. Parking is limited and sometimes you have to circle around to wait for a parking spot. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. ”

“ We visited this establishment for a work breakfast and were thoroughly impressed. The ambience is warm and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for starting the day. The service was outstanding, with staff members being both polite and friendly. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Items in the photo are the Southwest Veggie Breakfast Burrito and Green Tea Latte, both of which exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for a pleasant and satisfying breakfast experience. ”
